Yes, I could have done this before the challenge, but where’s the challenge in that? haha
I’ll share more about my system in a longer form format, but for now, it’s about breaking down the 30 days into weeks, days, and actionable targets
It’s paramount to have clarity on what your objectives are and how you will work towards them, then not worrying much about outcomes you can’t control
Clarity disarms doubt and will help you move faster (like removing weights from your legs)
Sticking it out to the end, regardless of the outcome, changes the person you become
and if you gave it your best shot, thereโs nothing more you can do (so why worry?)
